Description
Sealing gaskets are considered a mechanical seal. Used for sealing or sealing/isolating flanged connections, filling the space. Preventing leaks and the buildup of corrosion, preserving the longevity of the pipelines integrity.
TRIPAC stocks a variety of gasket materials and sizes for ANSI and AWWA flanged applications. Gaskets are available in both ring (Type F) and full face (Type E); in 1/16″ or 1/8″ thickness.
We also offer custom gaskets for a variety of applications. If you have a special request, please reach out and we can assist you.

How to Order - Generate Quote
For assistance with gasket selection for an application or general product ordering, please review below and provide the following information.
- Nominal Pipe Size
- Pressure Class: ANSI, AWWA, other
- Gasket Type: E (Full Face) or F (Ring Type)
- Flange Type: Weld-Neck, Raised Faced, Slip-on, Mis-Matched
- Flange Face Finish: Is surface finish greater than 250RMS?
- Operating Pressure
- Operating Temperature
- Does Gasket need to be NSF

Trouble Shooting
For assistance with trouble shooting an application in the field, please address the following.
- Nominal Pipe Size
- Pressure Class: ANSI, AWWA, other
- Is Pipe CLMC?
- Gasket Type: E (Full Face) or F (Ring Type)
- Flange Type: Weld-Neck, Raised Faced, Slip-on, Mis-Matched.
- Flange Face Finish: Is surface finish greater than 250RMS?
- Operating Pressure? Does it fluctuate?
- Operating Temperature? Does it fluctuate?
- Torque Vale Used?
- Stud/Bolt Material
- Was a Torque Wrench Used? If Hydraulic, when was it last calibrated?
- Order Number, Order Date, Ship Date, Installation Date
- Part Number on Gasket
- Provide Photos
